By purchasing a 3x3 booth, your company is entitled to:

  1. 1 complimentary conference registration, 2 booth staff badges.

    Kindly send us names for these by the 10th January 2009.

  2. Corporate description on our Conference & Exhibition Guide.

    Kindly send us your company logo (high resolution – preferably photo shop format) and 250 word write up by the 10th January 2009.

    Please do send the material before the deadline of January 10th, 2009, if ready (after that, EAFCA cannot guarantee inclusion)

The purchase of one 3x3 booth will include:

  • booth shell,
  • back and side walls (height 2.50mt),
  • 1x240v single socket outlet,
  • 2x80w spotlights with cabling,
  • 1 fascia panel with company name,
  • 1 table, 2 chairs

Set up is scheduled for the 11th February 2009 from 08:00 to 18:00 and tear down either on the 14th February after the end of the conference or on the 15th February from 08:00 to 18:00.
