FULL REGISTRATION INCLUDES:  Conference sessions & material, visit of the exhibition,  welcome cocktail, lunches on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, dinner on Thursday and Saturday  and one of the three complimentary activities scheduled for Friday 13th February at 2:00 pm.

ONE DAY REGISTRATION INCLUDES (only on the selected day): Conference sessions, Exhibition, lunch, dinner (if foreseen that day) and one of the three complimentary activities scheduled for Friday 13TH February at 2:00 listed above (if registration is for Friday).

• ACTIVITY 2: Shopping Tour of Kigali and visit of Bourbon Coffee Shop

Coffee breaks and lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and social events are complimentary to
booth staff too. Names of free delegate and staff badges should be sent by the 15th January 2009.

Please note that we shall need your company logo (high resolution) and 250 word corporate description by January 10th 2009 to be included in the Conference & Exhibition Guide. After this deadline, EAFCA cannot guarantee inclusion.
