The EAFCA Coffee Safari will start on the 7th February and end on the 9th February 2010.

| 08:00 | Pick up from Hotels in Nairobi and departure to Lake Nakuru |
| 11:00 | Arrival at the Lake Nakuru Lodge and check in |
| 12:30 | Lunch at the lodge |
| 14:30 | Leave for an afternoon game drive |
| 18:00 | Return to the Lodge and freshen up |
| 19:00 | Presentation of the Kenya Coffee Industry and brief on the coffee safari |
| 20:00 | Dinner at the lodge |

| 06:30 | Early breakfast and drive toward Mt. Kenya |
| 09:30 | Arrival at Jungle Estate and visit of the farm |
| 11:30 | Leave Jungle Estate |
| 12:15 | Arrive at Iraini-Ini Fcs , Karatina, TNS, visit of the farm and packed lunch |
| 15:00 | Leave Iraini-Ini Fcs |
| 16:00 | Arrival at Mwega Estate and sundowners |
| 19:00 | Leave Mwega Estate |
| 19:30 | Arrive at Outspan Hotel and check in |

| 09:00 | Arrive at Thika Coffee Mills and visit of the mill |
| 10:15 | Leave Thika Coffee Mills |
| 11:00 | Arrive at Yadini Estate, Ruiru, CMS, visit of the estate and lunch |
| 13:15 | Leave Yadini Estate |
| 14:30 | Arrive at the TUESDAY LIVE COFFEE AUCTION in Nairobi and visit of sample room |
| 16:00 | Leave the auction |
| 16:30 | Drop off at hotels in Nairobi |
COST:
- US $ 550.00 per person in Single room
- US $ 421.00 per person in Double room
Cost includes : Transport, 1 night at the Lake Nakuru Lodge, game drive, park fees, 1 night at the Outspan Hotel in Nyeri, 3 Lunches (either packed or at the lodges), 2 Breakfast (either packed or at the lodges), 2 dinners, entrance to the Tuesday Live Auction Cost Excludes: Airline tickets, entry visas into Kenya, other meals not specified, optional extras, drinks, tips and gratuities, personal extras such as telephone calls, mini bar, and porterage, insurance and accommodation in Nairobi prior and after the coffee safari.

Registrations MUST be accompanied by payment.If payment is not received by the above deadline, registration will not be considered valid.
