BUNN’s quality beverage equipment includes coffee brewers and grinders; liquid coffee dispensers; iced tea brewers; cappuccino, juice and granita machines; water boilers and water and paper filters.

A history of service to customers:

BUNN has a long history of service to customers on almost every continent. Since 1957 when George Bunn invented the flat-bottom paper coffee filter for commercial use, Bunn-O-Matic has been at the forefront of beverage equipment innovation, introducing the pour-over coffee brewer, the first fresh-brewed iced tea brewer and more recently the BrewWISE®, an innovative, easy-to-use digital coffee brewing system.

BUNN assures high quality products by adhering to strict quality guidelines at production plants. This dedication to quality resulted in a recent upgrade in the manufacturing facilities’ quality management registration through ISO 9001:2000.  The company’s core principles are:

BUNN is there around the world:

Although the Bunn-O-Matic Corporation continues to be based in Springfield, Illinois, USA, the number of offices and manufacturing facilities for the company has expanded to serve an increasing number of international customers. The company has plants and warehouses in the USA in Illinois, Iowa, the New York metro area and Cerritos, California.  In the western hemisphere, BUNN has facilities in Canada and Mexico.  Recently a sales representative based in Brazil was added to the team to serve South American customers.

A warehouse and training facility in the United Kingdom has grown to serve European, Middle Eastern and African customers.  Located in the London suburb of Milton Keynes, BUNN Limited provides support and information about BUNN products, parts and service. The UK office also serves as a parts distribution center. Offices in Germany and China are staffed by BUNN sales personnel and a sales manager is located in Singapore as well. Over 75 BUNN distributors provide both warranty and non warranty service internationally, stocking a full range of equipment and parts as well as dispatching a trained service support team.
